The Opportunity
You'll work side-by-side with licensed clinicians to deliver care that actually changes lives — across Outpatient, IOP, and PHP programs. You'll get hands-on hours, master evidence-based modalities, and learn what it takes to lead in modern mental health care. This is real clinical work. Real mentorship. Real growth.
What You'll Do
Lead group therapy with CBT, DBT, MBT, and trauma-informed approaches. Deliver 1:1 and family sessions under supervision. Learn the business and compliance side of clinical care. Join weekly team trainings that blend neuroscience, mindfulness, and impact. Collaborate across the care team, operations, and business development.

Compensation & Benefits
Pre-licensed associates: $55,000 to $65,000 annually plus bonus, depending on experience and caseload. Supervision, CEUs, and cross-licensure sponsorship included. Full benefits: 401(k) plus matching, health, dental, vision, life insurance, EAP, flexible schedule, paid time off, and tuition reimbursement.

Requirements
Active Arizona LAC (Licensed Associate Counselor), or LMSW. Master's degree in counseling, social work, or a related field. Located in Arizona (fully remote / telehealth). Comfort with virtual-first / telehealth care delivery. Motivated, early-career clinician eager to build supervised hours toward full licensure (LPC).
